ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA DENGAN METODE (REVENUE COST RATIO, PAYBACK PERIOD DAN NET PRESENT VALUE) PEMAKAIAN ALAT TANGKAP NELAYAN KELONG APUNG DI DESA BERAKIT KECAMATAN TELUK SEBONG KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the analysis of Revenue Cost Ratio, Payback Period and Net Present Value that use the floating Fisherman kelong in the Berakit village, Teluk Sebong sub-district, Bintan regency. The population in this study were all fisherman in Berakit village, Teluk Sebong sub-district, Bintan regency are 154 fisherman. Sampling methode of this research is purposive sampling and obtained 16 samples that met the criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is Revenue Cost Ratio analysis, Payback Period and Net Present Value analysis. The conclussion are purse seine business kelong in the Berakit village, Teluk Sebong sub-district, Bintan Regency is feasible.
