PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2017-2020
The study aims to examine the effect of company size, profitability, liquidity and institutional ownership on company value. The population used in this study werw all manufacturing companies in the food and beveragesector listed on the indonesia stock exchange for the period 2017-2020. The sampling technique used was purpose sampling. The number of samples is 60 samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are firm size and profitability have an effect on firm value. However, liquidity and institutional ownwrshiphave on effect on firm value.meanwhile, simultaneously, firm size liquidity profitability, and institutional ownership have an effect on firm value. Adjusted R square of 50,2%, it is concluded that the dependent variable of firm value can be explained by the independent variable, namely firm size,profitability, liquidity, institutional ownership of 50,2% while the remaining 49,8% is explained by other variables.
