Broadly speaking, this study aims to determine whether job rotation, work motivation and organizational climate affect work productivity among TV employees from the Riau Islands Tanjungpinang. The type of research in this thesis is quantitative research. The sample in this study was freelance daily workers (THL) at the Tanjungpinang Riau Islands TV office, 58 people in total. Data analysis was performed by quantitative methods. Data obtained through questionnaires and tested with SPSS statistics version 26. The results seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.732 can be interpreted that job rotation, work motivation and organizational climate on work productivity in the Riau Islands TV Office is 73.2%. Based on the partial test, it appears that the variable job rotation and work motivation have a significant effect on labor productivity and that the organizational climate variable has no significant effect on labor productivity. While the simultaneous test of the sig probability value is 0.00 < 0.05, which means that the variables job rotation, work motivation and organizational climate together have a significant effect on labor productivity at Tanjungpinang Riau Islands TV office.
