Abstract

In essence, people need service, even in reality it can be said that service cannot be separated from human life. People always demand quality public services from the government. The aim of this study is to analyze factors such as soft skills, work environment and incentives whether they affect honorary employees in delivering quality public services at the Batu Kacang Village Office. This study uses a qualitative method where data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation to delve deeper into indicators of soft skills, work environment and giving incentives to honorary employees as objects under research for more than 2 years in providing services to the community. The results obtained in this study state that several indicators of soft skills, work environment and incentives influence the quality of public services
