PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI TENAGA HARIAN LEPAS (THL) PADA DINAS PERIKANAN KABUPATEN LINGGA

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of work experience, work environment and work stress on the work productivity of casual daily workers at the Lingga district fishery office. The population in this study were 23 people at the lingga district fishery office. Sampling with saturated technique, the number of samples was 23 people. This type of research is quantitative research. The validity and reliability tests were performed on the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the variables of work experience (X1), Work environment (X2) had a significant effect on Work Productivity, whereas Work Stress variable (X3), partially significant negative effect on Work productivity variable. F test results obtained calculated F value of 16.830 with F value of table 3.13 identified that the variables work experience, work environment and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 68.3% of the variable on Work Productivity is influenced by the variables work experience, work environment and work stress. The remaining 31.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
